  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details (if applicable).

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within UAE and selected international destinations.

  • Availability of shipping services may vary depending on location.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within UAE: 2–5 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs clearance)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

  • Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refund Policy Instructions

5. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrance items), returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes and fragrance products

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Provide order details and clear photos of the issue

We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
